PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

You may send us any equipment featured on http://restaurantrepairs.com for repair. While we do not require RMA numbers, we strongly recommend using this system to assist us in identifying your equipment. The portal is also useful for tracking the status of your repair. You can even request a UPS return label through this system.

1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have an account yet, please click Create an Account at the top of the page and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address and a valid email address.

2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product. If you have any pictures that might be useful to us, you can attach them to your RMA request.

3. We will review your request within 1 hour during normal business hours (M-F 9AM-6PM ET). Please do not send your item until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. If you do not have access to e-mail, you can log in to our system anytime to check the status of your request.

4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, login to our website to print your RMA form and packaging slip. If you do not have access to a printer and are using your own shipper, clearly write your RMA number in several places on the box. Ship your item.

5. You can monitor the status of your return (24x7) by logging into our website.
